By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Damaged Items Policy.

Product information and availability

Catalog information is refreshed from suppliers once daily. Colors and scale may vary by screen and photography. An item may become unavailable after an order is placed. Luvée may correct genuine pricing, description, availability, or technical errors before fulfillment.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through PayPal and eligible PayPal-supported methods. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully captured and the website displays confirmation. Luvée does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Accounts and saved information

Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials. Saved cards and wallets are tokenized and held by PayPal. Customers may update saved addresses and request account assistance by contacting Luvée.

Final sale and fulfillment exceptions

All sales are final except for damaged, incorrect, unavailable, or otherwise legally protected transactions described in our policies. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the payment will be refunded to the original method.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, automate abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content for commercial use, or use payment instruments without authorization.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable United States and New Jersey law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.
