Order processing

Please allow two business days for order processing. Supplier availability is confirmed from our most recent daily catalog refresh.

Standard shipping

Standard transit is estimated at 5–15 business days after processing, for an estimated total of 7–17 business days. Merchandise subtotals under $25 ship for $9.99; $25–$49.99 ship for $6.99; $50–$99.99 ship for $4.99; and standard shipping is complimentary at $100 or more.

Express shipping

Eligible orders may select express shipping for a flat $50. Express delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days total, including processing. Delivery in fewer than three business days may sometimes be possible when destination and carrier conditions allow, but is not guaranteed.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier, weather, remote-area, address, or supplier conditions.

Where we ship

Online checkout currently accepts United States delivery addresses. International delivery will be introduced only for destinations and products that have completed carrier, customs, and safety review.
