Your Privacy

Privacy Policy

Effective August 22, 2026

Luvée Jewelers respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you create an account or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, saved delivery addresses, account identifiers, products and options ordered, shipping selection, order history, and payment status. Luvée does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.

How we use information

We use customer information to authenticate accounts, provide faster checkout, confirm product availability, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.

Service providers

We use hosting, infrastructure, communications, payment, and fulfillment providers as needed to operate the store. These providers may process information only to perform services for Luvée Jewelers or as required by law. Supplier partners receive only the information reasonably necessary to fulfill an order.

Payments

PayPal processes payments and may tokenize an eligible wallet when a signed-in customer expressly chooses to save it. Luvée stores only an encrypted PayPal token reference and limited display information needed to show, reconcile, or remove the saved method. Luvée never receives or stores a complete card number or security code.

Fraud prevention and device information

When a customer chooses a PayPal saved-payment feature, PayPal may collect browser and device signals through its FraudNet risk service. Luvée sends the matching transaction identifier to PayPal so PayPal can assess fraud and authentication risk. This information is used for payment security, not advertising by Luvée.

Customer accounts

Customer authentication and saved profile information may be provided through Supabase. Account passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not readable by Luvée. Customers may check out as guests unless an account is required for a particular saved-payment feature.

Data protection and retention

We limit access to customer information and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. We retain order information only as long as necessary for fulfillment, customer service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete account information, saved addresses, or eligible saved payment references, subject to applicable legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, and recordkeeping requirements. You may also opt out of promotional messages at any time.
